Grade XF5 flanged compressed air filters are used to remove tiny steam and oil mist particles, and 0.01μm or larger solid particles can be filtered with a maximum residual oil content of 0.01ppm. Almost all water, dust and oil are removed using this type of filtration system. The filter housing is made of aluminum alloy or carbon steel, with the filter element made from glass fiber.
