Carbon Steel Compressed Air Filters - TRHF Series
The carbon steel compressed air filters are designed for high-pressure applications, that effectively remove solid and liquid contaminants from compressed air with pressures below 4.0 MPa.
Manufactured using high-grade 304 and 316L stainless steel, combined with special coated carbon steel, these filters meet the specific demands of high-pressure technology. Available with filter elements rated at 25, 5, 1, and 0.01 μm, as well as activated carbon filtration, we provide customizable solutions to accommodate diverse operational requirements, with configurations available for high-pressure compressed air with pressure up to 8.0 MPa.
Engineered based on aerodynamic principles, the compressed air filters are designed to minimize pressure drop, ensuring optimal flow efficiency while maintaining reliable contaminant removal in demanding industrial environments.

- Grade T filtration: solid 1μm, oil content 1ppm
- Grade A filtration: solid 0.01μm, oil content 0.01ppm

- Grade H (activated carbon) filtration: solid 0.01μm, oil content 0.001ppm
- Grade F high efficiency dust removal: 0.1μm
- Grade FF super high efficiency dust removal: 0.01μm
