Application

The SBL semi-automatic self-cleaning oil filter is mainly used in the filtration of fuel oil, lubricating oil, and diesel oil. It effectively removes undissolved dirt from the medium to ensure the oil is clean and safe for use. Some other applications can be applied depending on various working conditions.

Characteristics

Our semi-automatic self-cleaning oil filter adopts a candle filter element, which makes our filter both efficient and convenient for cleaning.
The working pressure is 0.6~1.0Mpa and the working temperature should be no more than 150℃.
The material for the filter screen is 1Cr18Ni9Ti.
When the filter pressure decreases to the rated value, turning the hand shank back and forth several times can realize cleaning when the filter is operating.

Cleaning method

Left chamber cleaning: Swiftly turn the hand shank from vertical position to the left 60° for a 1~2 second washing, repeat several times and turning the hand shank back to the vertical, this completes the left chamber cleaning process.
Right chamber cleaning: Swiftly turn the hand shank from the vertical position to the right 60° for 1~2 second washing, repeat several times and turning the hand shank back to the vertical position, this completes the right chamber cleaning process.
When the filter element needs to be removed and washed, you should turn the hand shank from the vertical position to the left 90° and then the left chamber will stop working, this will allow you to move it and clean it thoroughly. For the right chamber's cleaning, reverse the turning direction.
