Anti-scald theory
Copper coated plastic patent structure: The triple shower system anti-scald thermostatic mixing shower valve uses two materials: the copper for the outer layer and the plastic for the inner layer. The both materials have gaps or intervals of heat insulation effect for that the hot water is not exposed to the metal surface.
Material
Triple shower system anti-scald thermostatic mixing shower valve: The shell uses HPb59-1(grade A brass) and the inner tank uses PPA+60%GF.
Faucet handwheel: This part is made of zinc alloy, fully electroplated of corrosion-resistant.
Dual control valve: The surface is chroming treated, passing the test of 24h acid salt spray.
Shower cartridge is made of PPA plastic being thermostatic.
We also provide the big square top spray with fully plating that can supply water in a manner of intensive rainy type.

The switch of the faucet is installed front without check valve causing anti-channeling.
The product is available when the temperature is minus 10-20℃ no being frost crack.
