The liquid filling and capping line for mosquito repellent packaging is widely used in daily chemical industry to fill bottles with liquid materials of various viscosities.
This filling machine uses vibration disk to fill materials automatically, which is controlled by PLC system to ensure automatic operation of each station. Also, the filling machine has functions of no bottle no filling, detecting good and bad products and it will stop filling immediately when it detects there is no cap or no plug in the bottle.
