Heavy Equipment Undercarriage Parts

Our carrier rollers are engineered for reliable performance under the most demanding working conditions. Designed to withstand both high and low temperature extremes, they maintain stable operation across a wide range of harsh environments. The rollers are well-suited for use in mining operations such as coal mines, stone quarries, aluminum mines, river sand extraction, jade mining, and gold mining, where uneven terrain and abrasive materials create constant challenges.

Extended Service Life and Superior Durability

Our carrier rollers are built with advanced materials and manufacturing processes to ensure long-term durability and stable operation:

  • The roller body is made from forged 40MnB2 high wear-resistant boron steel, heat-treated to a surface hardness of HRC 48-55, with a hardening depth of 8-10mm for excellent wear resistance.
  • The center shaft is forged from 42CrMo alloy steel, heat-treated to a surface hardness of HRC 48-55, with a core hardness above HRC 28, ensuring both wear resistance and resistance to fracture under heavy loads.
  • The shaft surface is precision polished using CNC machining, which reduces internal wear on the copper bushings during operation.
  • Pure copper bushings are used internally to further enhance wear resistance, and high-density sealing rings are applied to effectively protect internal components from dust, sand, and moisture intrusion.
Manufacturing Process
  • We manufacture carrier rollers strictly in accordance with original specifications, utilizing high-precision CNC machining to ensure dimensional accuracy and consistent fitment with the original parts.
  • Our carrier rollers are assembled utilizing friction welding, a process that requires high-grade material strength to prevent defects such as cracking, porosity, or leakage, which may occur when using inferior raw materials. Friction welding is recognized as a modern, environmentally friendly welding method, improving both structural integrity and overall product appearance while eliminating harmful emissions during production.
  • After high-precision CNC lathe machining, the carrier roller body surface is smoother, ensuring stable operation and reduced internal wear.
  • The roller body undergoes heat treatment, achieving a surface hardness of HRC 48-55 with a hardening depth of 8-10mm, delivering excellent wear resistance.
  • The internal surface of the roller body is smooth and designed to be dust free, protecting internal components during operation.
  • Unlike conventional welding, which may cause cracking, porosity, or leakage, friction welding avoids these issues while improving the appearance and structural consistency of the roller body.
  • The center shaft is forged from 42CrMo alloy steel, with a surface hardness of HRC 48-55 and core hardness above HRC 28, offering both high wear resistance and fracture toughness.
  • Pure copper bushings are used internally, providing superior temperature resistance and wear performance under continuous operation.
  • The copper bushings are securely riveted to the shaft, preventing loosening and ensuring long-term stability during extended service.
