Containerized CMF Water Purification System Mobile Water Treatment Plant with Continuous Membrane Filtration
During continuous membrane filtration (CMF) water treatment, the filtration, separation and purification of raw water is achieved by pre-treatment unit and ultrafiltration (UF) membrane, and driven by a defined pressure. The continuous membrane filtration systems have a wide variety of water purification applications for tap water, ground water, surface water and well water by removal of solids and bacteria, as well as pre-treatment for reverse osmosis systems to lower the turbidity of wastewater.

In most instances, a standard integrated wastewater treatment system can not tackle all challenges faced by us. To address this situation and acute market needs, Skyview has a database storing a variety of modules of various wastewater treatment technologies. Our design team of seasoned experts will work intimately with customer to develop a solution by invoking specific modules from the database, to accommodate the working conditions of customer's site. The uniform appearance and strong comprehensive complementarity distinguish your containerized CMF water purification plant, which is capable enough of handling the unique problems associated with your water treatment applications.
CMF Process
Continuous membrane filtration (CMF) is a pressure-driven separation process that utilizes ultrafiltration membrane to reject suspended solids whose molecular weight is relatively high, while allowing water and small specific compounds to pass through membrane pores. The pore size of CMF membranes has a rejection capability of molecular weight ranging from 3*10000 to 1*10000. With removal of large quantities of organic compounds and colloids, CMF water treatment system can produce high quality purified water.
