Purified Water Plant, Reverse Osmosis Water Filtration System
Using reverse osmosis technology, a purified water plant is designed to produce purified water that has removed 98% of salt, and 99% of microorganisms, particles and organic materials from the water to make it safe and clean for drinking, domestic, and industrial uses. This system features a simple structure and easy operation, with no contaminants produced during the water purification process, making the RO system an ideal choice for the production of purified water.
Customized reverse osmosis water filtration systems are available in a primary or secondary type to meet different customer requirements for budget and water quality. In addition to the RO water filtration system, we also offer an automatic water filling line to provide a full purified water production system to save money and time.
Pre-treatment system: this section ensures feed water is qualified by reducing the raw water pollution index, residual chlorine, and other impurities. It consists of the raw water pump, dosing device, quartz sand filter, carbon filter, and ultrafilter.
RO unit: this section ensures feed water is potable by removing impurities. It consists of the high-pressure pump, membrane, and the membrane shell.
Post-treatment system: this part carries out more filtration for a finer filtration than is obtained with an RO. It contains one or more cloudy beds, sun beds, mixed beds, sterilization, ultrafiltration, EDI and more.
Flush system: This part is used to restore the RO system by flushing if the system is contaminated. It consists of the flush tank, pump, and ultrafilter.
