Function
- XMF double head roller coater has two applicator rolls and a coating weight of 20-40g/㎡ as double as that of the single-roll coating machine. Therefore, the coating film is thicker and smoother.
- This series of roller coaters are suitable for applications which need thicker coating film, which can protect the coating film from being worn and scratched in the subsequent sanding process.
- The double roll coating machine can reduce the rework rate, improve the production efficiency and increase the utilization of coating paint to save production cost. The coating film is far more uniform and smoother than the manual work.
