The glass roller coater operates based on a precise and efficient mechanism. The coating roller and the smoothing wheel are aligned parallel to each other and rotate inwardly at a consistent speed, creating a V-shaped space where the coating material is uniformly distributed. By adjusting the tightness between the coating roller and the smoothing wheel, we can control the thickness and uniformity of the coating material on the roller. As the glass moves forward on the conveyor belt at a steady pace, it makes appropriate contact with the coating roller. This contact transfers the coating material from the roller onto the glass surface evenly.
