The high-pressure precision ram extruder and preformer machine in the JYZH series has a maximum operating pressure of 40 MPa. It is capable of efficiently straining rubber materials of various hardness levels and performing cutting and acceleration processes on the strained materials with a precision of up to 300 mesh, all without unexpected vulcanization.
This series of ram extruder and preformer is equipped with a standard hydraulic switch door, making it easy to open the head with just one press. It's highly efficient and precise, perfect for producing rubber blanks.
The high-pressure precision extruder and preformer is ideal in producing rubber blanks with its capability to fine-tune and cater to a variety of shapes and materials, including annular, rectangular, strip-shaped and special-shaped rubber blanks. From sealing components, granules, inflation valves, bottle stoppers, tennis balls, oil seals, shoe soles to auto shock absorbers, the machinery yields high precision and efficiency in its production. Its great versatility is further boosted by its integrated process such as vacuuming, straining, extruding, cutting, weighing and counting.
