RTSM series laboratory agitator bead mill is specially designed for small-lot productions and formula researches and other lab uses. With precise and reliable mechanical seal, good stability and durability are granted. Grinding chamber is totally sealed, external air is blocked from getting inside to produce bubbles, and internal material is blocked from getting outside to produce pollutions. We offer a wide range of choices, including grinding chamber volume (0.2L, 0.5L, 1.0L, 2.0L), agitator type (disc, pin type, turbine), body material (PU, ceramic, alloy steel), and product outlet type (with dynamic gap separator, with static sieve).

- Stable operation: double mechanical seal provides great sealing performance and stability; you can choose proper coolant according to processed material, with our sealing design you don’t have to worry about material pollution from coolant or other things from outside.

- Experimental data magnified to industrial-scale: our lab bead mills are scaled-down types of our industrial bead mills, therefore the experimental data can be used for industrial production by magnifying.
- Highly efficient grinding process: millbase and grinding beads are driven by the high-speed rotation of the grinding rotor, particles get sufficiently dispersed and grinded during this movement, then transported outside through the filter to finish the process.
