Agitator
Application
The agitator is mainly used for materialpreparation in AAC production lines. Different types of mixers are used fordifferent applications. For instance, the 6m3 mixer can be used toproduce sand/fly ash slurry in ferry pools. The 6m3 mixer can beused to produce waste slurry; 20m3 mixer can be used with ball millto produce slurry, or used with cutting machine to produce waste slurry; 50m3,60m3 and 100m3 mixer are generally used to produceslurry.

The 6m3 mixer mainly adopts a crossblade, while other mixers with higher volume adopt triangular blades for bettermixing effects. For example, the 100m3 mixer mainly adopts a directattach blade or triangular blade. Direct attach blades are economical and easyto install. While, rotary blades can achieve higher mixing speed and provide amore even mixing effect.

- The screws are connected by vane for easy on site installation.
- There is no quick wear parts basically. The reducer adopts durable gear reducer for prolonging the service life.
