Rapid changing between hot and cold temperature zones

Introducing our thermal shock chambers, the trusted solution for testing product durability and reliability under extreme temperature changes.

Designed to simulate extreme temperature variations, our thermal shock chambers are essential for industries such as metal processing, plastic production, rubber manufacturing, and electronic component processing. By subjecting materials or electronic components to instantaneous high and low temperatures, it allows for the evaluation of chemical and physical changes caused by thermal expansion and contraction.

Our thermal shock chambers are available in two configurations: two zone and three zone. The three zone thermal shock chamber consists of a cooling chamber, heating chamber, and testing chamber, where the product is placed for testing. The two zone thermal shock chamber includes a high-temperature chamber and a low-temperature chamber. The temperature transitions are achieved by the movement of a basket, which holds the electronic components or materials being tested.
