VCI Foam Products
VCI foam for ferrous metals typically comes in the shape of a pad. Usually inserted inside the package, VCI foam pad provides ideal corrosion protection and cushioning solutions.
Applications
VCI foam either wraps around metal products to be packed or fills in the gaps between the outer cover and metal pieces. Every 1m2 VCI foam insert could provide corrosion protection to 0.5m3 enclosed space. Care should be taken that the distance between VCI foam and metal products being packed should be no more than 30cm.
Storage
Please keep VCI foam dry, out of direct sunlight, and tightly sealed in its original package. The shelf life of VCI foam product is 1 year starting from the date of manufacture.
