Corrosion Protection Foam for Multi Metals
VCI foam offers corrosion protection to a variety of mulimetals, regardless of ferrous or nonferrous metals.
VCI Foam Products
VCI foam packaging material contain corrosion inhibition agents inside them. They are usually made into sheets, providing both rust protection and cushioning functions.
Method of Use
Wrap VCI foam around metal pieces to be packed. Or insert VCI foam pads into the enclosed package to fill in empty spaces. Every 1.0m2 of VCI foam can offer rust protection to 0.5m3 of enclosed space. VCI foam sheets should not be kept apart more than 30cm from metal products being packed.
Storage
Please keep VCI foam dry, out of direct sunlight, and tightly sealed in its original package, or cardboard box for that matter. The shelf life of VCI foam product is 1 year starting from the date of manufacture.
