Check Q Meter Valve
Check-Q-meter FD series is applied in hydraulic system to control the speed of motor and cylinder, making sure that they remain unchanged as the load increases or reduces. It is additionally designed with the function of a check valve for protection against pipeline failure.
Main Features
1. The pilot-operated check valve allows no leakage
2. Adjustment valve: it controls the return oil volume Q2 according to Q1. Area ratio (Q2=Q1φ) must be taken into consideration in the cylinder
3. Bypass valve: it enables the fluid to flow reversely freely
4. Secondary pressure relief valve (mounted with flange only)
