This composite filtration material smoke filter combines filter cotton, glass fiber filter media and activated carbon filter media to effectively solve the problem of dust and harmful gas pollution by multiple filter designs.

Structural features

First stage filter: primary filter cotton

Primary filter cotton is mainly used to filter large particles of dust, suspended solids and bacterial viruses. It has the characteristics of large dust holding capacity, economical and environmental friendly. Primary filter cotton can be placed at the first stage of the filter to pre-filter the smoke, thereby effectively prolonging the service life of the post filter media.

Secondary stage filter: paneled filter media

Activated carbon sponge-bound filter media with non-toxic and tasteless PP or glass fiber material as internal material, which can effectively filter dust particles with a diameter greater than 0.3μm.

Final stage filter: box-type filter

Box-type air filter consists of glass fiber and activated carbon, in which the glass fiber is HEPA filter media and the filtration efficiency of particles with a diameter of 0.3μm can reach 99.97%, activated carbon rapidly eliminates most of the odors in the air by physical adsorption.
