Amorphous Core Drying Tunnel Oven
SMIF is a specialist manufacturer of , with a drying tunnel oven as an auxiliary equipment used for heating and curing adhesive on the cores.
Industrial conveyor oven for curing coating on amorphous ribbons
Our company specializes in manufacturing equipment for transformer core production, with drying tunnel ovens being essential equipment used to heat and cure adhesive on the cores. The drying tunnel oven utilizes far-infrared electric heating, primarily relying on far-infrared electric heating tubes for radiant heating during the curing process. Our drying tunnel oven boasts fast heating and concentrated heat distribution. The optimal radiation wavelength is located between 200mm and 250mm from the surface of the product, where the far-infrared electric heating tubes are positioned.
| Internal Dimensions of Drying Tunnel Oven | 710×6000×1200mm (Width×Depth×Height) |
| Rated Power | 24 kW, 380V, Three-Phase Four-Wire System. |
| Operating Temperature Range | Room Temperature to 150℃ (can be pre-set freely within this range). |
Compared to other soft magnetic materials, amorphous ribbon cores offer a wider range of high-frequency properties and lower core losses, including:
- High permeability
- High magnetic density
- Reduced distribution and core losses
- Wide range of frequency properties
- Low coercivity forces
- Low no-load loss
- Low temperature rise
- Excellent resistance to corrosion
- High harmonic wave tolerances
Amorphous materials find applications in various industries, including:
- Electronics: Voltage transformers, inductors, drivers, and more.
- Aerospace: High-temperature components on spacecraft, cabin doors, etc.
- Automotive: Explosion-proof films, etc.
- Medical: Excellent materials for manufacturing artificial joints and bone marrow aspiration needles.
