Machine body
- Machine’s main body adopts cast iron and steel structure, the cast iron is treated by secondary processing;
- Main driving roller adopts seamless steel pipe which is subjected to tempering, surface hardening, chrome plating, dynamic balance and mirror surface treatment;
- Material guide rollers are aluminum rollers that are hard chrome plated and specially treated to avoid material from scratching, and rubber rollers that are made from nitrile-butadiene rubber;
- Driving mode of main body adopts Chinese famous brand synchronizing wheel and belt;
Unwinding unit
- Unwind unit adopts separate structure;
- It adopts movable bracket with linear guide rail, greatly decreasing the friction when EPC is working;
- Air chuck clamps the parent roll in a rapid and efficient manner, requiring only one person to operate;
- Balance adjustment device can finely adjust left and right, forward and backward through hand wheel;
- Italy RE pneumatic brake is used as unwind tension's actuator. PLC system is adopted to control the unwind tension;
- EPC uses Germany brand E L web guide control device, it can achieve guide function by material's edge;
Rewinding unit
- Adopting 4 sets of shaftless rewind station;
- Lock mode adopts pneumatic control;
- 4 sets of servo motors are used as rewind tension’s actuator. PLC is used to achieve a constant tension control;
- Each station has a rubber nip roller;
- Active slitting knives are controlled by pneumatic cylinder (5 sets), can be finely adjusted;
- Equipped with a vacuum-type edge trim waste reject system, removing waste edge through strong force adsorption;

- 1 Taiwanese brand DANMA servo motor is used as main motor;
- 1 Germany brand REXROTH servo motor drive is used as main motor drive;
- 4 Taiwanese brand DANMA servo motors are used as rewind motor;
- 4 Germany brand REXROTH servo motor drives are used as rewind motor drive;
- EPC adopts analog control, driven by servo motor with ultrasonic sensor;
- Imported PLC is adopted to achieve accurate and stable control, color touch screen displays intuitive and clear images; Interactive parameter setting eliminates the complicated configuration and can start the job; Before starting the job, user only needs to input the material thickness, width, density, diameter and speed parameters, and the machine will complete the tasks automatically through computer calculation;
