This walk in chamber is designed for temperature and humidity testing for large objects or large batches of products. Its heating rate is 4.0℃/min and cooling rate is 1.0℃/min. The cooling rate can be up to 2~10℃/min through custom configuration.

Both the interior and exterior of the equipment are made from SUS 304 stainless steel, while the exterior features baking finish on the surface. High density and high temperature resistant foams are used for the insulation materials.

Features

The walk in chamber is equipped with rectangular observation window with double glazing glass and anti-sweat heaters to prevent water condensate. Its workspace is lighted by high brightness PL fluorescent light.
The explosion proof lighting enables you observe the state of tested products clearly. There are anti-slip aluminum plates in the bottom of the chamber to ensure the use safety.
The double-layer chamber door with thermal barrier strip has excellent insulation effect.
It is equipped with water filter unit to filter the tap water for machine use. So it doesn't need to add water manually, very convenient to use.
The water filter unit enables the temperature humidity chamber to use tap water. So it doesn't need to add water manually, very convenient.
It is equipped with LCD screen to show the set value, test result and test time simultaneously.
The machine platform features net structure welded by channel steel to improve the load capacity of the machine and prevent deformation.
