Aluminum Ladder Extrusion Profile
In addition to furniture and decorative hardware, aluminum extrusion components can also be used for aluminum ladder production. The extruded pieces make up the aluminum ladder pedals and aluminum ladder shelf. We typically use 6063 aluminum alloy to meet the strength and durability requirements for aluminum ladder production.
White Peak uses an extruding machine to push aluminum alloy raw materials through an extrusion mold. The materials are then cooled and treated with an aging process to optimize their physical properties, including hardness, strength, and overall durability.
We can also carry out hardness, tensile, and drift testing upon request and provide test reports.
