Extrusion
We have the ability to produce almost any cross-section aluminum profile with our custom made mold and extrusion machine. All products are made using forward extrusion, which a relatively simple process suitable for a wide range of aluminum types. Therefore, we can deliver custom aluminum extrusions at a reasonable price.
Aluminum extrusion with different specifications and diameters require different pressing machines with a corresponding pressing force. We can produce extrusions with diameter up to 9” with our 3000 ton pressing machine.
