Variable angle hydraulic corner notchers feature a welding base body, and a worktable and angle table both made of high-quality casting steel. With an easy to maintain and adjust control system, this hydraulic corner notcher is used to notch metal plates and sheets with different corner shapes into a variety of notching angles, ranging from 40°-135°. These plates and sheets are then used in the manufacturing of cars, ships, elevators, electric equipment, pipes, kitchenware and other stainless steel products.
Features- The larger and thicker worktable, the long guide Colum, and the spherical sliding block and piston rod connection ensure a smooth machine operation.
- The blade is an SKD11 die steel with a service life of 80 to 120 thousand cutting processes.
- The cutting route and speed are both adjustable, and a cutting length ruler and guide sliding block are equipped for cutting accuracy. The pressing device prevents the metal plates from moving during operation.
- An automatic lubrication system reduces maintenance costs.
- The manual adjusting wheel correctly adjusts the cutting angle.
