Soonk's AT-type vertical packaging line consists of the VFFS machine, the volumetric cup filler, the finished bag conveyor and the Z-type elevator feeder. This integrated packaging system is ideal for regular and unbreakable products like rice, beans, seeds, nuts, puffed food, candies, salt, sugar, washing powder, fodder and more. The pillow bag is the most appropriate bag type and hole punching or gusset is also optional.

Packaging machine

The packaging machine is controlled by Panasonic servo motor with a single/double film drawing system used to ensure the film transporting stability and bag forming smoothness.
An SMC/Airtac air cylinder helps to improve bag sealing property and reduce failure rates.
PLC control, Panoramic driver and Wienview touch screen feature simple operations and a sensitive touch screen.
The operation system supports a variety of languages, including English, Russian, French, Spanish, Arabic, Korean, Persian, and more.
External film unwind apparatus simplifies film changeovers.
A standard code printer uses intermittent ribbon coding to ensure the color fastness of the printed date.

Volumetric cup filler

4 sets of adjustable volumetric cups are equipped. The cup volume is adjusted by tightening or loosening the screw beneath the turntable. This makes it suitable for free-flowing granular items such as cereals, nuts, pet food, snacks and more.
Fixed or mobile brushes are equipped to prevent filling material crushing.

Elevator feeder

Materials are vertically lifted by the hopper hung on chains which reduces occupied area and power loss. As the materials heaped in the hopper remain static during transportation, the risk of breakage has been eliminated.

Packaged bag conveyor

Driven by micro motors, the finished bags are conveyed to the platform with lower noise and higher smoothness.
Belt transportation. Standard height: 1200mm.
Customized service from design to production is available based on on-site investigation conditions. Users can choose PVC belt, stainless steel chains or PVC chains as your conveyor.
The conveying capacity is up to 60-80 bags per minute.
