High pressure flexible composite hoses are a type of drilling hoses made from polymer composites. The composite hoses consist of four layers, a polyethylene (PE) inner tube, a stainless steel tube, a reinforcement layer and a protection cover. The flexible lines can be used to deliver oil, gas, water and chemicals. The composite lines have a wide spectrum of advantages, from high strength, anti-corrosion, scaling resistance, wear resistance, insulation, high flexibility and a long service life.
