The vertical screw conveyor is used to move wet plastic materials after washing and crushing. It is generally used to transport materials like PE film, PP woven bags, and rigid PE or PP scrap from a lower level to a higher hopper in a pelletizing line. Such vertical transfer helps to reduce manual handling and supports precise and automatic feeding. Secondary contamination is also considerably reduced during the transfer.

Features
- The blades, inner wall, and outer casing are made from thick steel plates, providing durability and resistance to wear.
- High-quality domestic-brand bearings are used, with water protection design and lubrication above the water line to reduce damage risk.
- During conveying, excess water can be reduced by over 70%, providing an additional cleaning effect.
- Material can be projected up to 4 to 5 meters, allowing for flexible material stacking.
- Suitable for PE, PP, PVC, and other waste plastic films. It can handle flakes or loose fragments steadily without frequent part changes.
- Once started, the conveyor can operate continuously with minimal supervision, requiring only routine material checks.
- The structure is compact and often modular in design, with typical widths between 0.5 and 1.2 meters.
- Wear parts such as screw blades and screens can be removed and replaced, simplifying long-term maintenance.
