Conical Powder Sifter
Description
LoChamp’s SCQZ series conical powder sifter is provided with two shaft ends on both sides of the sift barrel where highly lubricated bearings are equipped. The sifter can realize effective operation only requiring a small amount of power, and thus the power consumption is only 0.75kw/hour. Compared with other related equipment, generally 1~3kw/hour electricity can be saved. The conical powder sifter possesses fast sifting speed, 30ton per hour at most.
Application
The powder sifter is mainly used for previous cleanup of powdery materials in feed factories. The use of this conical powder sifter can effectively smash caked materials in the powdery materials and separate straw, hemp rope, paper, stones and other impurities mixed in the powdery materials, so as to ensure the normal work of subsequent equipment. In addition, the machine can also be used for sifting mixed materials and crushing caked materials to guarantee the quality of the feeds.

1. On both sides of the equipment are set with access doors to facilitate daily maintenance, examination and repair, as well as the replacement of the sift barrel.
2. Depending their materials properties, the customers can select proper screen mesh to attain the best separating effect.
