Coil Press
Coil press is mainly used for shaping and coking of coils for large and medium-sized motors, or coils with large cross-section. It is equipped with four auxiliary cylinders, two sets of pressing moulds and a rotation stand. In terms of heating, it has a highly accurate constant temperature heating system, the mould heating area needs no more than 1 hour to warm up from room temperature to the set temperature, which effectively reduces the start-up time. At the same time, the parameters such as temperature, time and so on can be set according to your needs, which can be continuously adjusted within the temperature range of 100 ℃ -220 ℃. To ensure the safety of the equipment and operator, the coil hot press is also equipped with a timing alarm system.
- Except for loading and unloading pre-wound coils, all processes are semi-automated.
- The control system takes into full consideration of the possible dangers between the various parts of the system, and takes protective measures in many ways.
- T22 screw and hydraulic cylinder (with movable head at the top surface contact with the upper mould) are adopted for tightening and fastening the upper mould.
- The two fasteners on the same table can move along the table and their distances can be adjusted to ensure that the coils can be pressed.
- The table can be manually turned, in the "L" shaped work surface, the table can be turned flexibly within the range of 0° -120° angle of rotation.
- The two tables can be moved along the slide rail on the base and fixed in position, and the distance between the two tables can be adjusted within the range of 190mm-750mm at the coil opening stage.
