Pulping Agitator
HA model high consistency agitator is a high efficiency mixer with functions of dilution, high consistency propelling and agitating. It can agitate the pulp thoroughly within the concentration range of 3-20%. Its biggest characteristic is the formation of high speed pump flow in pulp tank. At the same time, by adding dilution water in the interior of the propeller, fully mixing of partial pulp at the bottom of the pulp tank can be achieved, making it convenient for pulp pumping. Diluent is in the place with the greatest turbulence, which is added from the rear of the propeller to ensure the best agitating result, and reduce the concentration fluctuations. In addition, the spray cover is designed to avoid block of the propeller, and to reduce the energy consumption of 8-10% while in operation.
