Features

Rational structure design efficiently eliminates the dead corners for solid accumulation, the surface of structural parts is polished and smooth to facilitate the residual heel removal;
All parts in contact with the product are made of high grade stainless steel;
The hinged cover allows operator to access the space between the shell and basket for easy cleaning and maintenance;
The top discharge centrifuge is mounted on inertia plate to magnify the force of gravity, thus ensuring the operational stability;
Vibration-isolating damper is available for increased resistance to vibrations, which simplifies routine maintenance;
The centrifuge cover is provided with feed pipe, wash pipe, sight glass and light hole;
CIP (cleaning-in-place) system can be optionally configured for thorough cleaning of the entire fully enclosed top discharge centrifuge from inner wall to outer shell, as well as interior /exterior surface of rotating basket and other difficult-to-access parts, ensuring that the top discharge centrifuge comply with GMP requirements;
This top discharge centrifuge is suitable for suspension containing solid particles, which can be granular or fibrous. Grains are less prone to break, ensuring the integrity of products;
Variable frequency drive is employed to guarantee stable start-up, and the centrifugal force is adjustable;
Fully closed structure is provided with silicone rubber or fluorine rubber sealing parts for tight seal effect;
A nitrogen protection system is optional for explosion-proof purpose, this makes the fully enclosed top discharge centrifuge suitable for materials containing toxic, flammable or hazardous substances;
