Gantry Type Die Spotting Press
This gantry type die spotting press is widely used for grinding during mold production and repairing after mold testing. It can make the spotting process safer and more effective.

This gantry type die spotting press is a fundamental type, but the design of every detail still highlights our high requirements for spotting equipment.
- The whole machine is controlled by specialized computer, and adopts a large size display screen to finish operation.
- It adopts MTS digital readout to test the displacement distance for the movable mold base, so the positioning is more precise.
- It has function of automatic fault detection and alerts. It has a mold protection function under low pressure spotting.
- The edge of the mold plate, lower base and central base are all connected, but in traditional spotting processes, the whole surface is in direct contact with each other. In this way, the spotting precision is increased.
The equipment can be driven by optional servo motor to help reduce the oil temperature and energy consumption of the die spotting press.
A magnetic mold plate can be used cooperatively with all die spotting presses to realize reliable and fast die change for customers.
