Quick Connect / Disconnect Coupler (QCDC)
Hydraulic powered quick connect / disconnect coupler allows loading arm and tanker manifold flange to be rapidly connected and disconnected, greatly reducing operator’s workload. In addition to hydraulic powered QCDC, CCLPEC also provides manual quick connect / disconnect couplers. When transferring cryogenic, corrosive and toxic fluids, hydraulic QCDC is recommended.
Quick connect / disconnect coupler serves to rapidly connect and disconnect the loading arm with manifold flange of the tanker, facilitating the operation. The manual QCDC is designed with 3 to 10 jaws to catching the flange according to the pipe size and load, and the self-locking can be achieved after being coupled manually. A set of tools is provided for quick manual coupling.
