- Intelligent Protection and Control System Our generator sets are equipped with the SmartGen/Deep Sea control system, which incorporates a multi-function LCD module. This module includes all standard features and configurations of a traditional manual control panel. Functionalities include parallel operation capability, and auto/stop/manual operations, along with start and shutdown delays. The system is also designed to provide comprehensive protection functions such as overspeed, high water temperature, low oil pressure, underfrequency, phase loss, overload, start failure, output voltage failure, and charging failure, all accompanied by respective alarms and automatic shutdown. An emergency stop button is included to ensure immediate response in critical situations.
- Cylinder Block The cylinder block of our generator sets adopts a grid structure design, combining a cast iron body with a cylinder head. This configuration ensures a robust and durable construction. Additionally, the high-strength alloy steel crankshaft enhances the overall strength of the engine. The generator sets are equipped with a high-pressure ratio supercharger and an efficient heat exchange intercooler, facilitating improved combustion efficiency. The steel piston, designed with a burst pressure of 250bar, further enhances the reliability and performance of the generator sets.
- Fuel System Our generator sets incorporate an electronically controlled high-pressure common rail system, ensuring precise fuel delivery. The high injection pressure contributes to increased engine power and optimal atomization of the fuel, resulting in enhanced performance. Moreover, the generator sets feature an excellent fuel economy, thanks to a specialized electronic control function specifically developed for the working conditions of the generator set. This control function enables the generator sets to meet various control and speed regulation needs effectively.
- Air Intake System To facilitate efficient combustion, our generator sets are equipped with a high-efficiency supercharger. This ensures ample air intake, leading to improved combustion efficiency. Moreover, the implementation of combustion pre-injection technology and a high-precision meshing drive train significantly reduces engine vibration and noise levels.
- High-Strength Chassis Features a high-strength, bending-resistant chassis made from thickened iron plate, offering heavy-duty durability and excellent shock absorption. The chassis is also coated with corrosion-resistant spray paint to ensure long-lasting performance.
