Spindle
Equipped with a 12,000 rpm direct-drive spindle, with optional 8,000 rpm belt-driven configuration.
Central air-blow system keeps the tool holder clean, enhancing machining precision.
Air-mist protection prevents dust and moisture from entering the spindle bearings, preserving lubrication and significantly extending spindle service life.
Spindle balance is calibrated using IRD dynamic balancing equipment, reducing vibration and preventing resonance during high-speed operation—ensuring consistent cutting accuracy.
