Chemical Admixtures for Concrete is one of the main product lines. From the first generation Lignosulfonate, the second generation Naphthalene based, to the third generation Polycarboxylic type, they are all available. To meet the needs of different project requirements, working and environments conditions, we also produce admixtures for the purposes of hardening accelerating and water reducing, flash setting, set retarding, expanding, shrinkage reducing, pumping, foaming/anti-foaming, air entraining, plastic retaining, strengthening, mould releasing and resistance reducing. The main admixture types can be summarized as follows:
High Range Water Reducers / Superplasticisers
Based on sulfonated naphthalene or melamine formaldehyde condensates, Polycarboxylate Ethers. These admixtures give a much higher performance than the normal plasticisers. They are used to give very high levels of workability or water reductions from 12 to over 30%. They are used extensively on larger projects where reinforcing steel requires high workability. Also used in precast and on site where the large water reduction provides very high early strength and improved durability
HRWR(high-range water-reducing)admixtures are organic products that typically fall into four families based on ingredients:
1. Polycarboxylate-based Superplasticizer(PC/PCE);
2. Sulfonated Naphthalene-formaldehyde Condensate(SNF/PNS)
3. Amino Sulfonic Acid-based Superplasticizer;(AS)
4. Sulfonated Melamine-formaldehyde Condensate;(SMF)
5. Acetone Sulfonate Formaldehyde Condensate(AK)
