Laboratory extruders for product development, material samplings and small batch production

  • Instrument control
  • Screw diameter: 20mm (others on request)
  • L/D ratio: 25:1

The benchtop laboratory twin screw extruder offers a temperature control range of up to 300℃ and utilizes variable frequency speed control technology. With a screw diameter of 20mm and an adjustable speed of up to 300rpm or higher, it can accommodate a variety of processing needs. The screw shafts are made from 40CrNiMoA chromium-molybdenum alloy tool steel, ensuring high hardness and wear resistance for long-lasting, stable performance.

Streamline your research and production with the benchtop laboratory twin screw extruder, designed for precision and flexibility.

Applications
The benchtop laboratory twin screw extruder is widely used for:

  • Small batch mixing and modification of plastics, modified plastics, masterbatches, and additives
  • Research and development of new polymer materials
  • Experimental testing for material properties and formulations
  • Small-scale production for lab-scale manufacturing needs
