The LQG-400 pavement cutting machine is our self-developed road maintenance equipment widely used to cut asphalt and cement pavement in projects of civil engineering, roads, bridges, telecommunications, water, heat pipes, etc. This road cutting machine is of hand-push type, in small size and light weight, reliable to use.
Driven by the engine, the transmission system sets the diamond road saw in rotation, performing cutting on the pavement. The cutting depth of the pavement cutting machine can be controlled and adjusted through the lifting mechanism by the hand wheel. The cooling water in the tank goes through the U-tube and is sprayed uniformly on the outer edge of the blade. In the sawing process, the water functions for cooling, lubricating and chip removing. Guide wheels are mounted in the front of the pavement cutting machine, for indicating the cutting position. Available with an engine control system, the pavement cutter supports convenient engine speed adjustment.
