Wire Reinforced Hydraulic Hose
The hydraulic hose can be designed with either wire braid reinforcement or wire spiral reinforcement. It is commonly used as high pressure hose or fuel and oil hose for high pressure liquid delivery and hydraulic transmission purposes, and it is often found in ships, engineering construction industry, heavy duty transport vehicles, metal forging equipment, mining equipment, plastic injection molding machines, agricultural machines, machine tools, as well as industrial mechanical and automation systems.
The hydraulic hose is applicable for mediums such as hydraulic oil, fuel oil, lubricating oil, air, and water-based fluids, but not compatible with castor oil and grease-based fluids.
Features
1. Made from specialty synthetic rubber, the rubber hose has superior oil, heat and ageing resistance.
2. Can withstand high pressures and impulse loads
3. Offer strong bonding among layers and great flexibility. The wire reinforced hose won't deform easily under very high pressures, and has great bending and fatigue resistance.
4. Ultra-long length. The max. length can be dozens of or even a hundred meters.
