The hot water and steam hose is reinforced using steel wire, and thus is a durable solution for transporting saturated steam and superheated water with max. temperature of 140℃.
Due to great heat resistance, the steel wire reinforced rubber hose is widely used to create the steam pipeline or hot water pipeline in steam cleaners, steam hammers, plate vulcanizing machines and plastic injection molding machines.
Characteristics
Both inner and outer layers of the hot water and steam hose are made of high quality heat-resistant synthetic rubber. The body is soft, and offers small deformation, high pressure resistance, and great deflection.
The burst pressure of the industrial rubber hose is at least 10 times of its working pressure.
