Electric Vehicle Charger (EV Charger)
The EV charger is engineered for high efficiency and intelligent energy management. With a PDU-based design, it automatically allocates power to deliver ultra-fast charging while maintaining zero standby consumption. It supports single-gun 600A output, dual-gun 1200A parallel charging, and a compact Mini version at 400A. A full-matrix topology boosts energy utilization, ensuring optimal performance.
Compact yet powerful, the charger offers high compatibility with a 1000V high-voltage platform adaptable to different vehicle types. Its multi-channel output enables flexible expansion, while advanced cooling with multiple fans, G3 filter cotton, and a waterproof design ensures reliable operation in diverse environments. Modular redundancy guarantees that single-point failures do not interrupt performance.
Smart operation and maintenance functions include remote diagnostics, OTA upgrades, and cloud-based management. The charger is also designed for future scalability, allowing smooth upgrades toward ultra-fast charging solutions, as well as integration with solar, energy storage, and V2G applications.
