Aramid is the short term for aromatic polyamide. They are fibres, in which the chain molecules are highly oriented along the fibre axis, so the strength of the chemical bond can be exploited. The fibre is heat-resistant and of great strength. Aramid is used in materials for bulletproof vests and radial tires.
Viscose, formerly known as viscose rayon, is made by treating cellulose with caustic alkali solution and carbon disulphide. It is a soft fibre commonly used in dresses, linings, shirts, shorts, coats, jackets, and other outerwear.
The yarns are used for technical textile products, which are manufactured for non-aesthetic purposes. The function such as rigidity, strength, dimension stability, design flexibility and economic viability is main feature.
GH018-E high speed multi-ply yarn winding machine adopts high-tech integrated electrical control system and modular design to ensure better performance, stability, reliability and high speed. It can be used to wind 5-10 ply of fiber yarns, cotton yarns, wool yarns, FDY, hemp yarns, polyester yarns and blended yarns. The winded packages can be used for next weaving process without a shuttle loom. The machine features high efficiency, good shape formation, reduced labor intensity for next process. The nozzle screen is optional.
