FJLIME has developed the bleached chemi thermo mechanical pulp (BCTMP) equipment with daily output of 50-100t. This equipment is integrated with processes including chip washing, impregnation, steaming, bleaching, first-stage high concentration refining, second-stage normal pressure refining, third-stage low concentration refining, reject refining and screening. This BCTMP system achieves clean production with internationally advanced technology, which is suitable for large-scale industrialized production, and is applicable to small-scale pulp and paper enterprises.
