Testing Accessories
We offer a comprehensive portfolio of testing accessories engineered to support virtually all materials testing applications. Our accessories include:
- Tensile grips & fixtures
- Extensometers address a broad range of strain-measurement requirements
- Environmental chambers & high-temperature furnaces: supporting low-temperature conditioning, elevated temperatures, and extreme thermal cycling.
- Alignment fixtures: critical for ensuring reliable test results, especially in composite testing, fatigue testing, and high-temperature creep applications.
- Specimen preparation equipment: dogbone specimen milling machine, plastic pendulum-notch cutter, metal Charpy notch broaching machine, DWTT specimen notch press machine, and pneumatic gauge-marking device.
We supply a complete selection of general-purpose and application-specific fixtures designed for different specimen geometries, materials, and load capacities. Available solutions include: Tensile grips, compression grips, bend fixtures, dhear fixtures. Specialized fixtures for composites, wood, fasteners, welds, adhesives, and other advanced materials.
Note: Customized fixtures are available upon request and are not fully listed in the catalogue.
To address a broad range of strain-measurement requirements, we provides a full family of extensometers. All extensometers are compatible with Wance controllers through dedicated high-accuracy strain gauge converters.
Contact extensometer mounted directly on the specimen
Up to 1200 °C for elevated-temperature strain measurement
Automated clamping and gauge-length control
Large-elongation contact extensometer
For non-ambient mechanical testing, we offer an extensive suite of environmental solutions, including: environmental chambers (-70-350°C), high-temperature furnaces (200-1100°C), miniature furnaces (200-1200°C).
To meet testing standards that require high loading alignment accuracy, we offer alignment fixtures (coaxiality rings) for precise correction of axial and angular misalignment. A dedicated alignment tester equipped with strain sensors, together with intuitive software, enables fast, accurate measurement and adjustment of system alignment.
Installed between load cell and machine frame to correct axial and angular misalignment
