Top loading arm is a type of truck loading arms used for loading and unloading of road tankers or railcars from the top using the manhole. By standing on the platform or folding stair, the top loading arm allows operator to transfer the liquids through the manhole on the top of a road or rail tanker. The counterweight or spring cylinder balance system is provided for flexible operation. This top loading arm can be equipped with a variety of accessories such as cone, vapor return hose, loading valve, pneumatic cylinder, level switch, proximity switch and other electrical units.

Utilizing cone to seal the manhole can provide operators with optimal protection and a safe operating environment. Pneumatic cylinder can be chosen to ensure and improve the tightness between cone and manhole.
