Our heated loading arms are suitable for transferring a variety of liquids with high viscosity or poor fluidity, which require heating to keep flowing. This liquid transfer system is mainly used for loading and unloading of road tankers or railcars.

Features

Swivel joints make it possible for the loading arm to realize smooth and effortless three-dimensional movement;
Spring cylinder balancing system keeps the outboard arm and parts of front end counterbalanced;
Each swivel joint is constructed with spring assisted O-ring seal that consists of 304 stainless steel spring and PTFE pressure seal, featuring good self-lubrication and excellent wear resistance, as well as self-compensation for wear;
eliminating the static charges and stray currents caused by liquid flowing through pipes during the loading and unloading operations;
Equipped with inboard arm locking mechanism to lock the loading arm at parking position;
Heat tracing is available in two methods, i.e. jacketing (steam or oil jacketed heat tracing), and electrical heat tracing (where heating cable is installed along with heat tracing, and externally covered with an insulation layer)
