UHMWPE Chemical Discharge Hose
The UHMWPE chemical discharge hose is a hose that is capable of handling 98% of chemicals. With a corrugated UHMWPE tube , it offers exceptional flexibility without kinking. Featuring abrasion and ozone resistance, along with a helical wire structure to prevent kinking, this hose is suitable for handling common acids and alkali solutions under pressure. It serves multiple purposes, including acid discharge, acid suction and discharge, and chemical transfer.
Basic Information- Inner tube: UHMWPE EPDM rubber (tensile strength ≥ 13 MPa)
- Reinforcement: Fabric Cord Reinforcement
- Outer cover: EPDM rubber (tensile strength ≥ 13 MPa)
- Operating temperature: -40°C to 90°C

- Color: Available in various colors such as black and blue.
