Hot water and steam hoses are suitable for the conveyance of high temperature water and steam for automobile, cleaning and cooling applications. The rugged construction of the industrial hoses makes them suitable for all sorts of steam transfer operations in places like chemical plants, refineries, shipyards and other demanding industrial environments.
Basic Information- Inner tube: EPDM rubber (tensile strength ≥13MPa)
- Reinforcement: Single/double layer textile cord braided
- Outer cover: EPDM Rubber (tensile strength ≥13MPa)
- Working temperature: -40°C to 150°C
- Safety factor: 10:1
- Color: Available in various colors such as black, blue, etc.
- The tube is made of black EPDM compound synthetic rubber, ensuring excellent resistance to high temperatures and aging.
- Reinforced with high tensile textile cord and helical steel wire for added strength and durability.
- The cover is constructed with black EPDM rubber in a wrapped finish, providing weather and abrasion resistance.
- Both inner and outer rubber layers utilize EPDM rubber, known for its superior heat resistance and aging properties, making it lightweight and easy to handle, suitable for long-term use in various working conditions.
