Permanent Magnetic Separator
Magnetic tubes used in magnetic grate separators for removing ferrous contaminants
Magnetic bars serve as the main element of magnetic separators, efficiently capturing ferrous impurities and small magnetic metal particles from loose or free-flowing materials. Their versatility makes them essential for industries such as lithium battery production, food processing, chemicals, plastics, and machinery manufacturing.
Applications
Each magnetic bar is constructed using high-performance magnetic steel and premium stainless steel, carefully designed for optimal magnetic circuit efficiency. These bars are often arranged in parallel to effectively capture ferrous contaminants in specific processing stages.
- Lithium Battery Industry: Coating processes.
- Environmental Protection: Water filtration systems.
