With a top speed of 26.6 m/min, the ZC-180H pipe corrugator is primarily made for producing HDPE/PP/PVC double wall corrugated pipes with an outer diameter of up to 200 mm. The corrugated pipes that are made can be used as drainage pipes for streets, factories, squares, golf courses, and sports fields as well as protection conduits for telecom and energy cables.

- Mould blocks are continuously cooled using a pressurized water jacketing method to maximize the cooling efficiency, thus greatly increasing the production speed while lowering the cost of pipe production.
- In the entire mold block path, mould blocks are cooled in a continuous operation by passing chilled water through the jacket.
